This 1920s villa marks another successful collaboration between Studio Eliste and Heym Collections, resulting in a blooming house with its own signature floral style, curated art collection, and distinctive color concept. From the initial idea to the grand opening, Studio Eliste guided the thoughtful renovation process, sourcing bespoke materials and designing an eclectic restaurant.

A key inspiration came from the timeless wallpapers and designs of England’s renowned export, William Morris, which Studio Eliste paired with antiques and patterned fabrics from Vaughan. Ivy has since graced the cover of Chic & Cozy, been featured in Elle Germany, and appeared on Westwing Live, among others.
